We hire hardworking individuals who are passionate about providing top-quality workmanship and possess the ability to be a professional while on the job. While we regularly seek experienced applicants, we will hire and train the right candidate who is willing to learn.
REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL SNYDER’S DRYWALL EMPLOYEES
- Work on a crew with other team members.
- Follow all safety programs and procedures.
- Record the materials used at each job.
- Help to load and drive trucks to the job site.
- Work with equipment such as scaffolding, ladders, tools and scissor lifts.
Are you the right fit? We have the following requirements:
- All workers must be committed to working safely and have a strong work ethic and passion for only doing the best work.
- Must be comfortable working in tight spaces and/or standing for periods of time.
- Must be 18 or older in age.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
INSULATION INSTALLER
As an insulation installer, you will:
- Undergo training, including Owens Corning® Certified Energy Expert® certification courses.
- Install insulation in walls, floors, and attics according to top quality standards.
DRYWALL INSTALLER
As a drywall installer, you will:
- Need to be able to lift 50 plus pounds over your head.
- Need to be familiar or willing to learn how to use power tools such as; screw gun, circular saw, Sawzall, etc.
- Need to read a tape measure.
DRYWALL FINISHER
As a drywall finisher, you will:
- Need to have a willingness to learn our process of finishing drywall.
- Need to have patience, finishing drywall is an art and takes time to perfect.
- Need to be able to or ready to learn to walk on stilts
FRAMER
As a framer, you will:
- Need to run an array of power tools including saws, nail guns, power drills, etc.
- Need to run different types of lifts (scissor lift)
- Need to read a tape measure.
- Need to have a willingness to learn.
